How can we help?
Free Quick Cards are in beta. Creation availability is shown in the editor. Paid checkout is closed. For custom work, choose Hire Pierce in the navigation.
Find your free card
Open the free-card page, choose “Already made one?”, and enter the private recovery code you kept when you created your card. You can share it again or edit it at the same link.
Edits appear for everyone who has that link. The public card link is for recipients; the recovery code is only for you. Free cards do not use purchase-recovery emails.
Lost your code? Your public link can still open the card while it is hosted, but it does not prove editing ownership. Contact support for help; recovery is not guaranteed.
Open free-card recovery →Card, delivery or payment problem?
Email hello@enterthegarden.world with your public card link or order/project reference and a short description of what happened. For a free card, never send your private recovery code. If a purchase-recovery link is expired or already used, ask for help recovering the existing order. Do not purchase again just to recover it.
Backup support: EnterTheGarden.World@gmail.com. Delivery checks for the new business mailbox are still in progress; use the backup if needed. Opening your email app does not send a message; review it and press Send yourself.
For a correction or refund question, include the reference and what needs attention. A request is not an automatic edit or refund confirmation.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, private recovery links or recovery tokens. Nothing is sent automatically.
Prepare a problem report →Your saved work stays where it is.
Campus closure does not delete browser-local notes, bookmarks, reading positions or room state. Saves stay on the same site address and browser; there is no cross-device backup. Clearing browser data can remove them.
Quick Card previews stay only in the open page until you create a card. A completed free card is hosted and can be recovered with its private code, not by email. Invitation drafts keep their existing browser-local recovery controls.
